Growth at Paradigm
My career at Paradigm began when I was a college student at North Hennepin Community College. I started as a receptionist and have continued to advance my career — all the way to my current role of President.
I work directly with clients and have enjoyed the long-lasting relationships that have been built over the years. As a multi-generational firm, it’s rewarding for me to be working with many of the children and even grandchildren of our clients. At Paradigm, we take great pride in helping our clients reach their financial goals and knowing that we made an impact. What I enjoy most about working at Paradigm is our team. We have a passion for excellence! We collaborate and utilize each team member’s strengths to provide our client’s a great “Wow” experience.
I earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Metropolitan State University. Through my continuing education, I have also earned the designations of Financial Paraplanner, FPQP™, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, CDFA®, and Licensed Insurance Agent.
A little more about Kris
Growing up in the Twin Cities metro area, Elk River has been home for over 20 years for me, my husband Andy, and our children Drew and Ellie. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors, taking our crazy lab Oshie on walks, or paddle boarding on nearby lakes. I enjoy reading and am always adding books to my “to be read” stack faster than I can finish. I enjoy working out and I try not to let my Pelton bike be used solely as a clothes rack.
