Coming to Paradigm
As a young kid growing up, my world revolved around sports; playing them, watching them, listening to them. I was hooked on anything sports. In fact, at one point, I memorized almost every NFL team’s starting quarterback, their statistics, and their backup quarterback’s stats.
However, as I began my time at the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD), that passion for sports slowly evolved into an obsession with investing. I began to learn about different investment strategies and opportunities, frequently testing them out. And like most young investors, I failed miserably much of the time, but I kept reading and learning about how I could improve. This desire to learn led me to a specialized program at UMD solely focused on the financial markets. As I pursued my degree, I learned about wealth management through an internship at Paradigm, and after graduating in 2020, joined the Paradigm team full-time. At Paradigm I challenge myself to learn by pursuing professional certifications and discovering new opportunities to help our clients. My passion for the mastery of details, honed as a young kid obsessed with sports, helped me to find a rewarding and gratifying career assisting clients achieve “wins” with their financial goals.
A little more about Sean
Outside of the office, when I am not discovering new investment and planning strategies, you can find me at the gym, a local park, or cooking up the latest and greatest recipe I just found. As a native of southern Wisconsin, you’ll still see me sporting green and gold on Sundays. If it’s any consolation to the Minnesota sports team faithful, however, I have begun to root for the Twins. I guess you could say my sports teams are diversified, just like my investments.
