Wealth Management Process
Paradigm’s Wealth Management process is designed to help you achieve the life of your dreams, while providing clarity and peace of mind.

Discovery
At the Discovery Meeting, we talk about your goals and challenges. We’ll talk about where you are, where you want to go, and the steps required to reach your goals. We’ll also discuss the benefits of working together and, if we both feel the relationship is a good fit, discuss the next steps.

Planning
After the necessary documents have been signed, we’ll create an agenda prioritizing which wealth management components are most important to you. Common components include Investments, Estate Review & Planning, Tax Planning, and Risk Management. We also work to develop a Financial Model providing insight into what your financial future might look like. We also discuss “possibilities” and other “bucket list” items you might dream about. Creating the model together allows us to design a blueprint for your portfolio based on your expectations, not ours.
The first year that clients work with us is generally the busiest. We’ll schedule several planning meetings throughout the first year to ensure you’re on track. These may also include collaborative meetings with your estate lawyer and/or your tax attorney/CPA.

Progress
After we have addressed the initial Wealth Management issues, regular progress meetings are scheduled to review changes and progress, and re-evaluate goals. We review and update the Financial Model to align with your goals as they change over time. We also continue to review and discuss the various Wealth Management Components.

Rebalance and Monitoring
Between meetings, our investment team rebalances the portfolio, makes changes to assets as warranted, monitors the concentrations of positions, and monitors capital gains — all while looking for opportunities to reduce internal fund expenses. The investment team invests contributions and processes distributions at the appropriate time while monitoring the markets and making adjustments as needed to ensure your financial plan and investment strategy stay aligned.

Estate Diagram
Our advisor team also reviews and summarizes your estate documents in a concise two-page diagram. The Estate Diagram is reviewed with you regularly to ensure assets are appropriately titled and beneficiary designations and other agents are correct. If changes to the estate plan are desired, we can collaborate with your attorney to facilitate those changes.
Secure Your Financial Future
The Paradigm team can help provide you with wealth management solutions tailored to your unique goals and aspirations.
